do whatever the f*ck you want 🤝 at 75 you won’t wish you had a bigger house or a nicer car. you’ll wish you had more stories and bet on yourself more. and here’s the most liberating realization you’ll ever have: it doesn’t matter what anyone thinks of you. because their opinion of you will d!e with them too. the only things you take to the grave are your self respect and your memories. so do it scared. do it for f*cks sake.

the sodium police showed up in full force after this one 🧂 so let me clear this up once and for all. “4500mg of sodium is going to give you a stroke” cool. tell that to the hospital that pumps sodium chloride directly into your veins to keep you alive. normal saline (the IV they give you in the ER) is literally sodium dissolved in water. sodium is an essential electrolyte your body cannot function without. the real problem is your lifestyle. if you’re active and training, you need MORE sodium than the average person. not less. endurance athletes slam sodium on purpose. “sodium bad” is just a simpler headline than the truth.

your grandparents slept better than you and they never had a bedtime routine 🌙 putting your phone down an hour before bed feels like torture. that’s how bad it’s gotten. your nervous system is completely fried and it’s begging you to give it one hour of peace before you sleep. here’s what people did before phones existed that actually worked: 📖 read something that doesn’t glow (book, magazine, cereal box, anything) 🚶 nighttime walk (slow, quiet, NO AIRPODS) 📓 brain dump journal (empty your head so it shuts off when the lights go off) 🧘 stretch or foam roll (your body needs to decompress too) ✍️ write down 3 things you’re grateful for (last thought before you sleep matters) infinite options. zero screens. you just have to stop being a prisoner to the thing in your hand.

you’re not ugly, you’re just out of shape 🪞 most people are walking around thinking they lost the genetic lottery. they didn’t. they just never got lean. i know because i did it on purpose. i gained 70 pounds intentionally and lost 50 of it. same person, completely different face. the jawline came back. the face bloating disappeared. the shoulders showed up. you don’t need surgery or better genetics. you need to lose the weight that’s hiding your actual face.

the most insane protein hack I’ve ever found at Costco 🤯 one bag. 190 grams of protein. 3 ingredients. $19. if you’re cutting and you eat this in the morning, you have 900 calories left to eat literally whatever you want and you will still lose weight and not lose a single pound of muscle. skittles. twinkies. i don’t care. this is why hitting your protein allows freedom. if you have a costco membership and you’re sleeping on this i genuinely don’t know what you’re doing.

How I reversed my hair loss without flying to turkey 🇹🇷 Most guys don’t care about their hair until it’s already gone. I almost made that mistake. Here’s the exact 5 step approach that helped bring mine back: 1️⃣ DHT management slow the loss before trying to regrow anything. 2️⃣ regrowth support topical or oral min was huge for me. 3️⃣ microneedling helps stimulate growth + improve absorption. (most people skip this part) 4️⃣ blood work you can’t fix what you don’t measure. (low iron, zinc, vitamin D, thyroid, etc.) 5️⃣ patience hair recovery takes time. (most guys quit way too early) Your hair is either compounding forward or compounding backward. There’s no standing still.

most people don’t have a motivation problem. they have a food strategy problem. they’re trying to bulk with low volume/low calorie meals, or trying to cut while snacking on calorie dense foods all day. your food choices should make your goal easier, not harder. eat in alignment with the phase you’re in and progress starts happening way faster.

the prescription epidemic is real. nowadays it feels like the answer to everything is another pill. can’t focus? here’s a prescription. anxious? take this. low energy? try this one too. and look, some people genuinely need medication. this isn’t against that. but at some point we have to ask: how much of this is actually lifestyle? people are sleeping 5 hours, living on ultra processed food, never going outside, glued to their phones 24/7, stressed nonstop and then wondering why they don’t feel good. we’re trying to medicate problems that movement, sunlight, purpose, community, sleep, and better habits would massively improve. you can’t out prescribe a broken lifestyle.
