I’m a 31 year old snowbird splitting my time between OCMD & Naples, FL 🌴
I started this whole IG thing back in 2014 when I started documenting my everyday outfits on Wordpress for my friends & family.
Ten years later - here we are 😮 🫢
It’s turned into so much more than I ever imagined & I’m forever grateful for this community we’ve built 🫶.
My college years weren’t the most typical - I transferred schools 3 times & ended up getting my degree online from SNHU so I could intern in NYC - that’s about when I realized my life probably wasn’t going to look like the typical 9-5 my friends all had.
I decided to go all in on the blog (after completing my internships & freelancing in digital marketing for a bit) in 2017 & am SO thankful I took the leap and had friends/family that supported me by my side.
Growing up I was always the bigger girl & never felt like there was anyone I could look up to that looked like me or was dealing with the same things I was going through.
It made me feel alone at times & I struggled often with my confidence and self image & often let people into my life who didn’t have a place there.
I wish SO badly there would have been better influences & role models in the media that I could have learned from and been inspired to do better by..
Which makes me so happy that I can be that person for so many of you & build not just an Instagram following, but a physical community of REAL people, just like you and me, that is accepting & inclusive.
I hope you’ll be inspired to follow along & navigate all the ups and downs that come in your 20’s & 30’s together
