Winston Aig-Ohioma is a seasoned film editor with a wealth of experience in post-production, spanning about a decade and half. His impressive portfolio includes over 30,000 minutes of television time, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the craft. His understanding of broadcast specifications, honed through editing numerous MNET shows, further solidifies his standing in the industry.
His journey in editing commenced just before 2010, initially working on various film and television projects. However, it was in 2015 that he found his footing in the Africa Magic comedy series “DOGOOD” where he served as both a data manager and offline editor. This opportunity paved the way for his subsequent roles, including a stint as a data manager for the Africa Magic series “JEMEJI”.
In 2018, Winston joined the post-production team for FEEMO’s Africa Magic drama series “AJOCHE” marking a significant milestone in his career as an offline editor. Since then, he has contributed as an online editor to several other Africa Magic television series such as “HALITA” (Season 1) and “UNBROKEN”; Additionally, he collaborated with FEEMO on series like “RIONA” & “DIICHE”; (Showmax), “ITURA”; and “CHETA’M”; (Showmax), where he assumed the role of lead editor for & “CHETA’M”; In addition to his work on Africa Magic series, Winston has edited other notable shows including “LOVE COME BACK” (Season 2), “COMEDY NITES” (Season 4), and ‘“JUST FRIENDS”; showcasing his versatility across different genres and formats.
Throughout his career, Winston has demonstrated his ability to creatively and technically manage various aspects of post-production, collaborating with editors, sound engineers, and visual effects artists to deliver top-quality content for satellite television. His emphasis on teamwork and efficient delivery underscores his commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes.
