في مقر “بيئة” الرئيسي، سعدنا بتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع “دوبال القابضة” بهدف بدء تعاون استراتيجي يهدف إلى دفع عجلة الابتكار ودعم النمو المستدام في دولة الإمارات وخارجها.
وقع الاتفاقية كل من خالد الحريمل، الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة - “بيئة”، وأحمد بن فهد، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ “دوبال القابضة”، وبحضور عدد من كبار المسؤولين من الجانبين.
At BEEAH Headquarters, we were pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Dubal Holding, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration focused on driving innovation and supporting sustainable growth in the UAE and beyond.
The agreement was signed by our Group CEO and Vice Chairman, Khaled Al Huraimel, and Ahmed bin Fahad, CEO of Dubal Holding, in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations.

وفي السياق ذاته، شاركت ندى تريم في جلسة نقاشية تناولت دور البحث والابتكار في دفع مسارات التحول الصناعي.

Bolstering the UAE’s continued industrial growth, the fifth edition of Make It In the Emirates brought together manufacturers, investors, innovators, and policymakers at the region’s largest industrial gathering in Abu Dhabi.
Our Group CEO and Vice Chairman, Khaled Al Huraimel, attended the event and connected with key stakeholders and partners, reflecting BEEAH’s role in shaping the future of industries. Under the patronage and in the presence of Her Highness Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the American University of Sharjah, the Future Pioneers Award by BEEAH honored winners from its 2025-2026 cycle at our Headquarters. Together with our Group CEO and Vice Chairman Khaled Al Huraimel, Her Highness presented awards to 12 outstanding winners, selected from 973 submissions worldwide, including the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, France, India, and Oman.

في مقر “بيئة” الرئيسي، وقعت “بيئة” وبلدية الحمرية بإمارة الشارقة، اتفاقية تجديد الشراكة الاستراتيجية طويلة الأمد وذلك في إطار التزامهما المشترك ببناء مجتمعات أكثر نظافة وصحة، وتقديم خدمات متكاملة لإدارة النفايات وتنظيف المدن. وقع الاتفاقية كل من سعادة مبارك راشد الشامسي، مدير بلدية الحمرية، وفهد علي شهيل، الرئيس التنفيذي – الاستدامة في “بيئة”.
وبموجب هذا التجديد، سيواصل الطرفان تضافر الجهود لتقديم حزمة شاملة من الحلول البيئية المبتكرة، والتي تغطي عمليات جمع النفايات، وتطهير المرافق العامة، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق مبادرات نوعية لرفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية إعادة التدوير.

Reflecting our shared commitment to cleaner, healthier communities, BEEAH and Al Hamriyah Municipality are pleased to renew a long-term strategic partnership to deliver integrated waste management and city cleaning services across Al Hamriyah, Sharjah.

في خطوة بارزة لتسريع تطوير البنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، أعلنت هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة (SRTA) وشركة “آيون” (ION)، المشروع المشترك للتنقل المستدام بين “بيئة” و الهلال للمشاريع، عن شراكة لنشر أكثر من 100 شاحن سريع للمركبات الكهربائية. وقُعت الشراكة الاستراتيجية في مقر “بيئة” الرئيسي من قبل كل من سعادة المهندس يوسف خميس العثمني، رئيس هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة، وخالد الحريمل، رئيس مجلس إدارة “آيون”، الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس إدارة “بيئة”.
وبموجب الشراكة، ستشرف الهيئة وتعمل بشكل مشترك على تنفيذ المشروع، وبصفتها أول مشغّل معتمد لنقاط شحن المركبات الكهربائية في الشارقة، ستتولى “آيون” نشر وصيانة وتشغيل شبكة الشحن في مدينة الشارقة، إضافة إلى المنطقتين الوسطى والشرقية. وستُدعم هذه الشبكة المتكاملة بتطبيق “آيون” الذكي، الذي يتيح للمستخدمين الوصول إلى أقرب محطة شحن، والبدء بعملية الشحن، ومتابعتها بشكل فوري، وإتمام عمليات الدفع بسهولة. وتأتي هذه الشراكة عقب اعتماد المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة إطاراً تنظيمياً للبنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، بما يسهم في تسريع التحول نحو التنقل المستدام في الإمارة.
In a landmark move to accelerate EV charging infrastructure, the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) and ION, the sustainable mobility joint venture between BEEAH and Crescent Enterprises, have partnered to deploy over 100 fast EV chargers. The agreement was signed at BEEAH Headquarters by H.E. Eng. Yousif Khamis Mohammed Al Othmani, Chairman of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, and Khaled Al Huraimel, Chairman of ION and Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH.
As Sharjah’s first appointed Charge Point Operator, ION will deploy, maintain, and operate the EV charging network in Sharjah City, and Central and Eastern regions. The comprehensive network will be backed by ION’s integrated mobile application, through which users can navigate to a nearby charger, plug in, track charging in real time, and make payments seamlessly. The partnership follows Sharjah Executive Council’s recent introduction of a regulatory framework for EV charging infrastructure, accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility in the emirate.

حققت محطة الشارقة لتحويل النفايات إلى طاقة إنجازاً مهماً عبر تحويل إجمالي مليون طن من النفايات إلى كهرباء منخفضة الكربون، وذلك انطلاقاً من دورها في تعزيز أمن الطاقة عبر الحلول المستدامة. إلى ذلك، تواصل المحطة تحقيق تقدم ملموس في تحويل كميات كبيرة من النفايات بعيداً عن المكبات، مع إعادة تعريف مصادر الطاقة النظيفة من خلال ابتكارات عالمية المستوى، كونها أول محطة على المستوى التجاري بالمنطقة.
ومع خطط التوسعة الجارية، من المتوقع أن تضاعف المحطة أثرها الإيجابي، وأن توفّر الطاقة لما يصل إلى 60,000 منزل عبر الشبكة العامة، وذلك عبر التعاون الاستراتيجي مع هيئة كهرباء ومياه وغاز الشارقة. ومن خلال معالجة المزيد من النفايات المتبقية التي يصعب إعادة تدويرها، ستسهم المحطة في المراحل المقبلة في تفادي ما يصل إلى مليون طن من انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون.
يُذكر أن المحطة تأسست في 2022، وكانت باكورة أعمال شركة الإمارات لتحويل النفايات إلى طاقة، المشروع المشترك بين “بيئة” ومجموعة “تدوير”، حيث تمثل نموذجاً مثبتاً لمشاريع مستدامة منخفضة الكربون على مستوى الدولة.
Driving energy security with sustainable solutions, the Sharjah Waste to Energy plant has achieved a significant milestone by converting a total of 1,000,000 tons of waste into low-carbon electricity. As the first facility of its kind in the region, the plant continues to make strides in diverting large volumes of waste from landfill while redefining clean energy sources through world-class innovation.
With expansion plans underway, the plant is set to double its positive impact and power up to 60,000 homes on the public grid, in strategic collaboration with the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA). By transforming more residual, hard-to-recycle waste, the facility will eventually displace up to 1 million tons of CO2 emissions in future phases.
Established in 2022 as a flagship project under the Emirates Waste to Energy Company, our joint venture with Tadweer Group, the Sharjah Waste to Energy plant is a proven model for sustainable, low-carbon projects nationwide.

Guided by a comprehensive operational plan and equipped with advanced equipment, our skilled crews are working closely with municipalities to clear roads of mud, dust, and any obstructive debris left behind by the rain and strong winds. Through real-time coordination, we are also assisting local authorities in removing vehicles affected by water ponds.
