What a wonderful journey it has been. Back in December '22 we were recording "The Moon is Painted", one of the singles that @giackbazz put together, not knowing that exactly one year later we would be together again in the same studio recording the remaining tracks of "Bedtime Stories for Computers". 🔥 Oh man. I had this song on repeat for days since its release. @marioduplantier delivers another SOLID groove that calls for hard headbanging. Gojira's new album - Fortitude - will be out on the 30th and I bet that's going to play on repeat as well. Sadly I had to stick to e-drums because I am - still - away from my drumkit, due to that shitty situation we're all in. This is just my improvised take on that tasty intro. Of course I played my own way because I'm not Mario. Not even close. Also be sure to check @gojiraofficial profile: they're carrying an amazing initiative called Operation Amazonia. Restictions are still keeping my drumset away from me, and it sucks. I had to buy an e-drums set to prevent myself from rusting and it feels like a damn toy. I mean it's fun but it's a different instrument... Maybe that's how pianist feel playing a midi controller keyboard? Ugh, I miss my drumset and I miss the stage. A lot.
