Thanks to
@jpk_39 , my drumming is featured on my favorite meme page
@historyinmemes . This is from James Kellyâs new album and the track is called A Place To Call My Own. James flew me to NYC and I tracked the entire album, drums/vocals/percussion in one day, with the incredible
@marcurselli and it was mixed by the legend,
@michael_brauer_ honored to be a part of Jamesâ legacy!

Vilhelm von Waldeyer in 1891 proposed to call the unit âneuronâ from the Greek word for âsinewâ. The âneuron theoryâ or âneuron doctrineâ, which emerged at the end of the 19th century, asserts that nerve tissue is composed of individual cells, which are genetic, anatomic, functional and trophic units.
Hereâs the strange thing. Neurons arenât properly connected. They signal to one another â the electrical output of one neuron influences the activity of the neurons to which it is supposed to be connected. But there are tiny gaps between the output of one neuron (the end of its âaxonâ) and the input of the next neuron (its âdendritesâ). For the electrical signal to re-ignite on the other side of the gap, chemicals have to be released into the liquid in which the neurons sit, and suffuse across the gap till they reach the neuron at the other side.
