At Apiary Residences & Hotel, our team led a fully integrated, progressive design-build delivery for Copford Capital Management, aligning design, cost, and constructability from day one. Located near Denver's RTD Light Rail, Apiary strengthens the neighborhood’s pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use fabric while setting a new standard for design, quality, and amenities in the Denver Tech Center.
From early trade partner engagement and BIM-driven concrete modeling to immersive 3D design reviews, our people turned a constrained 0.8-acre site into a high-performing, LEED Gold–pending, electric-forward tower.

The Dalí Museum unveiled "The Architecture of The Dalí", a new exhibition exploring the vision behind the museum’s planned expansion.
For our team at Beck, it’s especially meaningful to see the next chapter of this iconic institution begin to take shape. As the designer and builder of both the original museum and its planned expansion, we’ve approached this work with deep respect for what the Dalí represents to St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay region.
The expansion’s design concept, “Reveal,” builds on the language of the existing museum while introducing a more open, community-focused experience connected to St. Petersburg’s evolving waterfront arts district.
“Like Dalí’s work, the architecture invites a double take,” said Trevor Lamphier, AIA, Design Principal at Beck. “It rewards curiosity and encourages visitors to slow down and look again.”

The @rivlfoundation Sports Performance Lab has been recognized with an AIA Georgia Design Award in the Unbuilt Project category!
Envisioned as a next-generation training and research environment, the project brings together performance, recovery, and innovation under one roof. The design explores how architecture can elevate the athlete experience—integrating advanced training spaces, data-driven evaluation, and holistic wellness strategies to support peak performance.
Though unbuilt, the concept reflects a forward-thinking approach to sports performance design—prioritizing flexibility, user experience, and the evolving needs of athletes and organizations alike.

On April 16, more than 1,000 people gathered to mark a significant milestone for JPS Health Network, the city, and Tarrant County. The event marked the ceremonial groundbreaking for the new hospital, coming in 2030.

Originally planned as a temporary workplace, this project for the Texas Facilities Commission evolved into a permanent state office building designed for long-term flexibility.
That kind of shift changes more than a floor plan. It impacts budget, planning, performance, and how the building will support the people who use it for years to come.
By working through those decisions early, the team adapted the project while staying aligned with long-term goals.
