Main character energy. Fierce focus. Front burner priority. ✨ Themes I often think about, thanks to @bechopson . Not sure she realizes just how appreciative I was to attend her front burner shindig, but it was an honor. The evening was filled with inspiration! ✨ Embracing the energy of your future self is is a concept that has always resonated and I speak about often, but I absolutely loved Becca’s approach and the opportunity to actually step into a space to solely embody HER (the essence of my future self) as the main character. Becca, this was phenomenal.✨ I was on-air earlier that day and had reservations about my big hair choice, but it brought the energy needed to carry me into that evening 💁🏾‍♀️. Composer and vocalist @mrosekeohane wrote a beautiful song specifically for the occasion, and it was held at the most perfect venue: the @theindianapolispropylaeum , which is rooted in the empowerment of women. ✨ Becca Hopson truly knows how to help women show up courageously as leaders, and as themselves. ✨ What a wonderful experience. The best form of self care. #Brave #Bold #Balanced

The loneliest place in business and in leadership? The top. You’ve built something real. And somehow that means fewer people who actually get it. The Changemaker Collective is for the woman who’s done being the smartest person in the room with no one to think alongside. May cohort is open. Interested - I’m scheduling listening sessions for those interested in joining. Link in bio to apply. Keep moving, xo, Becca

You already know what you’re doing. That’s not the problem. The problem is you’ve been doing it alone. Making the big calls alone. Sitting with the hard questions alone. Celebrating the wins alone — for like five minutes — before moving on to the next thing. That’s the tax of being this good at what you do. The Changemaker Collective exists because brilliant women shouldn’t have to carry it by themselves. This isn’t a course. It’s a room. A room where someone’s going to look at your business, your capacity, your blind spots — and help you build something that actually fits your life. Not the life you had. The one you’re building now. May cohort is open. Apply for a Listening Session and let’s talk. Keep moving, xo, Becca

The higher you go, the fewer people who truly get it. You’re not struggling more than everyone else. You’re just carrying it in a room by yourself. The conversation has nowhere to go — so it stays in your head. On loop. While you’re supposed to be sleeping. While you’re supposed to be present. While you’re supposed to be enough. Here’s what I know for sure. The noise isn’t the problem. Carrying it alone is. Who’s in your room right now? The real room. DM me. I want to know.

Blue sky. French Quarter Festival. And two performances that stopped me cold. Kermit. You already know. That trumpet. And then — he just starts pulling people onto the stage. Like the most generous thing I’ve watched in a long time. Then Rebirth Brass Band showed up and honestly? My body just took over. Full booty-shaking, zero apologies. Here’s what I kept thinking: The best leaders do exactly that. They bring people forward. They make the whole thing bigger than themselves. And they make you feel it in your body, not just your head. New Orleans gets it. 🎶 Keep moving, xo, Becca

Lacing up. There’s a ritual to it. The moment before you move. Before you hit the door, before the day decides what it wants from you. I was putting on my socks this morning — Feetures — and I noticed something. These aren’t generic. They’re engineered. Targeted compression. Anatomical fit. Built so your foot doesn’t slip, doesn’t blister, doesn’t move wrong. Then the shoes. Saysh. Built for precision. For bodies that actually exist. Not averaged. Not compromised. Here’s what I realized: there’s a love affair between a mover and their gear — but only when that gear knows your body. When it’s sculpted for you. Not for the idea of you. For the actual shape of how you move. Most of us are still wearing someone else’s design. And I mean everything. The business model that looked good on someone else but drains you. The leadership style you inherited instead of built. The boundaries that don’t fit your life. The strategy that works for the wrong person. You’re still lacing up in someone else’s precision. What would change if you chose — literally and metaphorically — gear built specifically for your body, your business, your life? Not close enough. Not makeshift. Built for you. Keep moving, Becca

5:30am. I will not pretend I love the moment my alarm goes off. I don’t. The bed is warm. The room is dark. Every cozy, comfortable thing I own is telling me to stay. And yet. This morning I started with a loving-kindness meditation. The kind that asks you to lead with compassion — for yourself first, then outward. Safety. Warmth. Kindness directed inward before the world gets a single piece of you. I woke up thinking about a woman I met with yesterday. The meditation held that. Then I met my running partner. We ran. We talked. We moved our bodies through the morning before the day had a chance to take over. I came home to a handmade mug. French pressed coffee. A journal. A pen. Here’s what I know — not as a feeling, as a strategy: Self care is not the reward for a productive day. It is the foundation of one. It’s not a luxury. It’s a leadership model. When a client told me she doesn’t get weekends off, doesn’t get evenings to think, doesn’t have space to just be — she wasn’t describing a scheduling problem. She was describing a woman who has not yet given herself permission to be the most important asset in her own business. The 5:30am wake up isn’t always pretty. But the woman who shows up after it? She’s ready. What does your morning look like right now? Hit reply — I’m genuinely curious. Keep moving, xo

Started it over brunch. Still going. jaimie branch. Fly or Die Fly or Die Fly or Die ((world war)). A trumpet that doesn’t just play — it speaks. It mourns. It celebrates. Sometimes in the same breath. She’s gone now. And yet — she is so fully, completely here. This is what it means to leave something behind that matters. Music that continues to give after you do. I’m time traveling this morning. Back to Chicago. Back to that community, that energy, that particular kind of creative fire that city holds. Feeling connected to every person I love who still calls it home. Multidimensional doesn’t even cover it. There are days when the right music is the most strategic thing you can do. Slows you down just enough to notice what’s actually in front of you. The small things. The simple things. The ones that fuel everything else. What are you listening to right now?

Last Thursday I was having a miserable allergy attack and I almost let it be the excuse I wanted not to attend a Main Character Energy event I was signed up for. Don’t get me wrong, I am here for MCE, but my word this year is Energy, and I’m being protective of it. And sometimes MCE can creep into my new favorite term, toxic positivity. And I don’t have the energy for that. BUT boy am I glad I went and @bechopson I will never doubt anything you do! It was a masterfully curated event with a group of beautiful souls giving us permission to find our MCE wherever we’re at right now, and in order to get us where we want to be this time next year. Bravo my friend! Also major shout-outs to @martijstyles_ who helped Becca look fierce, and @midwestshirtcompany who helped Becca with her business rebrand. And @theindianapolispropylaeum for continuing your mission of providing women with a space to gather #beaforce #maincharacterenergy #betruetoyou #empoweredwomenempowerwomen

I can't even with this photo. And I refuse to apologize for it. That's me and the brilliant Marti J Styles — and we are LOSING it over something I am not showing you yet. 👀 I have a fire fit for tomorrow night. FIRE. The kind that makes your future self say yes, she knew what she was doing. Marti saw it. She got it immediately. And honestly? That's how you know your people are your people. Here's what I will tell you — Tomorrow night, 25 women are walking into a historic Indianapolis mansion. Live piano. Cocktails and mocktails. A family-style dinner. And real, actual conversation about what we're protecting and building in 2026. No fluff. No performance. Just fierce women showing up as their main character energy — on purpose, with intention, no matter what this year keeps throwing at us. To the women who already have their ticket — we see you. Come ready. 🔥 The fit reveal is coming. 😏

You know that feeling when you say yes to something and immediately your stomach drops? Not because it’s a bad opportunity. But because you already know: This isn’t front burner. This is someone else’s priority becoming yours. And you do it anyway. Because you’re ambitious. Because you’re capable. Because if you don’t do it, who will? Here’s what I see constantly with driven women: -You’re not struggling with time management. You’re struggling with energy protection. -Your fire is scattered across a hundred different priorities - most of them not even yours. -You’re reacting to everyone else’s emergencies while your strategic work sits untouched. -You’re high-functioning on the outside, exhausted on the inside. And here’s the truth nobody talks about: You’ve been making yourself smaller for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to build powerfully. To walk into a room and not immediately scan for what everyone else needs. To say no without explaining yourself. To protect your front burner like your life depends on it - because it does. That’s what this workshop is about. Not another productivity hack. Not time management tips. It’s about stepping into your Main Character Energy - the version of you who doesn’t ask permission to protect what matters. We’re exploring what it FEELS like to stop scattering your fire. What shifts when you get clear on who you’re becoming and what you’re protecting in 2026. How you show up changes - from how you dress to how you decide to how you walk into rooms and take up space. February 27th. Free. Online. Want in? DM me “MAIN CHARACTER” and I’ll send you the details. You don’t need to work harder. You need to protect what’s front burner. 🔥 Keep moving!
