✨ Still taking in the magic of our @festivaldecannes premiere ✨ From walking the red carpet with our amazing family, friends, and fellow producers and film makers, to discussing the importance of regenerative agriculture and sharing the messages with such an incredible platform! The ovation and response to the film is something we won’t forget and are so grateful for! We’ve so much to recap on but for now, here are some of our favorite moments from the red carpet! We excited for the whole world to be able to watch soon!

So worth it. So many photos/videos, sorry if we missed some of you. More posts to come...after more naps. As you can see, some were needed wherever/whenever we could get 'em! So special to watch the film on a big screen at #Cannes in a packed beautiful theater...the ovation response was so positive and inspiring. Turns out the head of Cannes Thierry Frémaux is a farmer! He said he learned a lot from the film and absolutely loved it. The Groundswell is growing!

A breakthrough day at @bigpictureranch hosting an amazing group of leaders who represent the region and the state, all implementing the practices of regeneration 🙏🏼 In California, 40 million acres is dedicated to agriculture. Our priorities are putting in place long overdue protections for pesticide drift, and expanding regenerative agriculture to ensure we all have access to healthy food…especially our children. It’s magical what can happen when a group of powerful female leaders can create when they come together! The heads of the CalEPA, California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CADPR), California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), the County Ag Commissioner, and the first partner are all powerful women. I even brought Delores along with me by wearing her pin! First Partner @jennifersiebelnewsom said in her official statement: “We need to lead the nation in reimagining how to safely grow our food to nourish our communities, sustain our land, and build local economic resilience. Today, I joined leaders from across the beautiful Ojai community for a conversation on the power of regenerative organic agriculture combined with our farm to school model. It was a great reminder of what good can grow from strong partnership!” A breakthrough day. The work continues. Thank you all for the support.

What an incredible couple of days in Los Angeles with incredible people, all focused on Mother Earth! 🌎❤️ I gave a featured talk entitled "How Storytelling is Regenerating the World" during @SierraClub 's 2026 Symposium at the Academy Museum / David Geffen Theater, which brought together leaders from government, film, academia, and advocacy to explore the urgent challenges of climate resilience and environmental regeneration. I shared my filmmaking journey, a sneak peek at our upcoming release, and important reasons I choose to tell these important stories. And all of that was followed by an inspiring keynote from Nancy Pelosi! Then presenting at the 2026 Trailblazer's Ball, where I was lucky enough to be honored last year. Very inspired to hear from this years honorees including Morgan Freeman, Ted Turner, Delores Huerta, Dr Lyla June, Sage Lenier, Our Childrens Trust, and Nancy Pelosi for lifetime achievement. I was honored to introduce @lylajune 's video and present her a much deserved award. What a positive powerful voice among us, bringing inspiration to so many through her work. Still so thankful for her appearance and contributions in @CommonGroundFilm , her friendship, and beyond. *Full recordings of both events are on YouTube* It was energizing to reconnect with so many changemakers, some shown in the photos: Atossa Soltani (@atossasoltani ) from Amazon Watch, the super talented LE Seydel (@leseydel ) - Ted Turners granddaughter, the iconic Frances Fisher (@francesfisher ) and many others. Also thank you Loren Blackford for your work with Sierra Club and the entire team for these beautiful events. We all wept as we listened to Andra Day (@andradaymusic ) perform "Rise Up" ...so beautiful and encouraging. "And we'll rise up High like the waves We'll rise up In spite of the ache We'll rise up And we'll do it a thousand times again..."
