Hi everyone, I know that most of you follow this account because my wife Kate and I's ten years at Thompson House Eatery or from my chef work over the last 30 years. After all that time, I decided to take on a new challenge, addressing sustainability through a different lens. I'm happy to announce I'm now working with Boundless Energy Inc to empower homeowners to lower utility costs and improve their carbon footprint by adopting solar energy.
