Join us for a thoughtfully paired menu with Beaux Frères’ iconic wines that are known for their elegance and deep expression of Oregon terroir.
We will be welcoming their founder, Mike G. Etzel, alongside his son Mike D. Etzel, CEO and Technical Director of the storied Ribbon Ridge estate.
As courses unfold, guests will hear firsthand stories from the Beaux Frères team about the family’s decades-long dedication to winemaking and the evolution of one of the Willamette Valley’s most respected vineyards.

Seats are limited and will sell quickly. Please note, due to the nature of this dinner, the only dietary restrictions we can accommodate are gluten free and dairy free. This menu will include meat and seafood entrees.
Our beloved ‘Lynx rufus’ in the wild. This elegant feline, known as the bobcat, has taken up residence along the edge of the forests that surround our vineyards. Their presence adds to the mystical energy of the estate. A formidable territorial hunter, they play an active role in protecting our vineyards from damage caused by rodents and migratory birds.

C'est dans l'écrin de l'Hôtel d'Évreux, ancienne demeure du Président de la Chambre des députés et du Comte d'Évreux (qui lui donnera son nom), que nous avons eu le plaisir de recevoir la fine fleur de la sommellerie parisienne ce lundi 17 novembre.
L'occasion pour eux de découvrir de nouveaux visages issus de notre pépinière de talents, de nouveaux millésimes, de nouveaux domaines, avant de déguster quelques subtils accords en contemplant une des plus belles places royales de Paris et sa célèbre colonne Vendôme.

It is within the elegant setting of the Hôtel d'Évreux, the former residence of the President of the Chamber of Deputies and the Count of Évreux (who gave it its name), that we had the pleasure of welcoming the crème de la crème of Parisian sommellerie on Monday, November 17.
This was an opportunity for them to discover new faces from our talent pool, new vintages, and new estates, before tasting some subtle pairings while admiring one of the most beautiful royal squares in Paris and its famous Vendôme column.
