In less than three weeks I lost two members of my family, and my heart is broken.
Roxy, You were by my side for 13 long, beautiful years and lived such an amazing life. You were the sweetest, most protective, low-maintenance, easygoing, snuggliest dog anyone could ever ask for. I could take you anywhere and you were always perfect.
You weren’t just a dog — you were my family. I’ll miss you more than words can say. I hope you’re running free and happy in doggy heaven now with Champ & Bear. ❤️🐾
You came into my life on December 9th, 2014 — just 8 weeks old and 20 pounds.
From the very beginning, you were the sweetest, easiest, most loving and protective boy in the world. You grew into such a strong, beautiful old man… but you never stopped being my big baby bly.
You left me last night at 12:45am. It happened so suddenly, with no signs. Even though you were 12 years old, you still had so much life in you.
I love you more than words can say, and I will miss you every single day.

This year was a ride, to say the least. From family to faraway places, old friends to new ones, wake-surfing sunsets, motorcycles, pickleball, golf, and everything in between. One thing is certain: I’m deeply blessed. Grateful for my health, the life I live, and the people who fill it. See y’all in 2026 ❤️ New year, same me. Thankful.
