I haven't done weight training for 6 years and i was surprised to see that I could lift this heavy.
We did these sets after numerous handstand push-ups (90 degree, tigerbend ...)
@simonsterstrength said it was going to be easy and i could do it. I wouldn't have attempted otherwise.
