And now, showtime. In honor of their album Terrorhawk turning 20 years old this year, @bearvsshark plays their faces off at @augusthallsf on December 10th to a full room of adorning fans. This was the first show in 30 years that I photographed with a single (and very simple) cameraI. A Nikon F2. I wanted the forced limitation. Allowed me to enjoy the show more and think about gear less. I blew it by not flying down to LA two days later because that looked like one for the ages. Crazy to think that the first time I took full band portraits of BvS was also 20 years ago. I need to update my website with their own section soon. If ever they play near you, they are not to be missed.
