This Sunday i’m running the Brighton Marathon to raise money for an incredible charity called Phab.
They have done so much for my little brother Joey who has multiple and complex disabilities. Without Phab he never would have experienced adventure holidays with zip wiring, rock climbing and much more. Not only this, he has become part of an inclusive community that nurtures and supports him.
I was 7 when I last ran (photo attached for evidence) so it’s been a challenge but a worthwhile one for sure.
Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey so far.
