It was great to have the lads come up and have their input in choosing a blend for the Official Coffee of the Kerry GAA.
Safe to say they all know their coffee well and have choose an amazing blend consisting of:
Peru - Castle in the Sky - a community of 12 small family farms - Washed Bourbon
Oliverio Villafana - An indigenous producer from Sierra Nevada and is now a proud owner of a Kerry Jersey 👍
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - a coffee that always brings great complexity to a blend. Amazing florals and chocolate notes.

Working alongside the Kerry senior team, Dingle Coffee Roastery has created a bespoke Kerry GAA player blend inspired by the daily environment, routines and culture around the squad.
To launch the partnership, the players recently took part in a hands-on barista training session with the Dingle Coffee team — and safe to say there were a few hidden talents ☕️👀

As we say goodbye to our seasonal espresso from Marta Santiago, an amazing Mother and Son farm, who only grow on a one hectare farm. There story has driven us to be supportive to our producers and their families.
How we do this is being more committed to purchasing from the same farms over a number of years. We’re hoping to secure Marta’s next year’s harvest in doing so giving her stability and security.
We hope that this list of unreal producers will grow but more importantly that we keep going back to the ones we already have.
Locals have always been so supportive of us and it’s now our time to give that local support to our producers.
