We’re excited to share the completion of this 8,221 SF interior fit-up for an advisory firm inside the North State Bank building.
What started as a blank suite is now a bright, high-performing workspace featuring multiple private offices, collaborative areas, and thoughtfully designed amenities. This project was completed in partnership with @newcityraleigh and reflects a shared commitment to delivering thoughtful, functional spaces.
The result is a clean, modern environment that balances function, comfort, and natural light throughout.

From initial concept to last week’s groundbreaking, Canvas at Pack Place has grown step by step through careful planning and collaboration. This boutique collection of 56 luxury condominiums will be located in one of the Triangle’s most connected areas. We celebrated alongside Blayze DiPasquale, President of @jd.signature.homes , and his family, whose vision brought this project to life.
Rising five stories, the residences feature spacious layouts, designer kitchens, modern finishes, and resort style amenities including a pool, fitness center, luxury lounge, and outdoor grill.
Leading the project are VP Dustin Crittenden, Project Manager II Jay Brice, Project Engineer Penn Carr, and Superintendent John Goldsmith, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
