My pegboard needed a little spring refresh 🌸✨ so I made the cutest mini felt monogram banner using @BeaconCreates Felt Glue!
I started by cutting my felt backing to 6” x 5” and added 1” tails for that classic banner shape. Then I traced and cut out my letter “M” (with zig zag scissors for a little extra detail 💁♀️) and glued everything into place—finishing it off with the sweetest floral sequins I’ve been saving for the perfect project.
Such a simple craft, but it brought me SO much joy 🥹💖 sometimes all you need is a little afternoon creativity moment.

This colorful little project might be one of my new favorites. I love using craft felt and @beaconcreates Felt Glue because it’s durable, easy to store, and can be reused year after year—or kept up all year long like I plan to do in my studio.
I went with a full rainbow palette for that extra dose of cheer, cutting simple strips and looping them together with felt glue to create the sweetest, most whimsical garland. It’s such an easy project with a big, happy impact.
Honestly, it just makes the whole space feel more joyful!

This year I am determined to learn to sew. My sewing machine has been collecting dust for 6 years after one failed project. So I signed up for a sewing class to gain some experience and confidence. Last week my class got postponed but I was already in the mindset to sew so I decided to jump into my first solo sewing project: a quilted cover for my junk journal.
Now I knew there were parts that were a bit more advanced than I was ready for so I grabbed my @BeaconCreates Fabri-Tac. I’ve fabric wrapped books before with Fabri-Tac so I felt confident. I absolutely love how this came out. If I do it again I may add some batting to the quilted piece to give it a bit more cushion. But I can’t wait to break into this junk journal and start creating!

I was inspired by the sweetest thrifted spring dinner set and decided my tablescape needed one more special touch… cheerful tulip napkins made by hand.
I traced my tulip design onto linoleum blocks, carved out the details (so satisfying!), and mounted each stamp onto wooden blocks using @beaconcreates Quick Grip. I made the flower and leaves separately so I could build each little bloom easier.
While the glue dried, I ironed 100% cotton napkins and prepped my fabric paint. Then came the magic — rolling paint onto the brayer, pressing the stamp down, and lifting it up to reveal the design. Truly the best part.
Once heat set with an iron, they’re ready for spring hosting!
Custom, charming, and completely one-of-a-kind!
