I had the opportunity to attend a Chinese New Year celebration at the Chinese Embassy, and yes, I wore red without fully knowing why 😅
Turns out, it symbolizes luck and prosperity. I’ll take it.
But beyond that, it was a reminder of how much context matters.
You can’t really understand people, or build anything meaningful across countries, if you don’t take the time to see how they think, celebrate, and show up.
Still learning that.
