YouTubers be like “wake up at 4am and run, that’s alpha!” No, it’s not. Look at apex predators; they’re all lazy. Bears hibernate, lions sleep all day. You know who wakes up at 4am and runs? Squirrels. #genz #legendaryhustle #barbaraduerrer #isaidwhatisaid #godfirst

“so who’s gonna sue apple for the #silentalarms thing? i’ve almost lost my job several times now” ~~~>>>>> Quick fix: Go to Settings > Face ID & Attention > turn OFF Attention Aware Features. Also check Settings > Sounds & Haptics > make sure Ringtone & Alerts volume is up and “Change with Buttons” is off. Lock the volume slider. #Apple, please fix this silent alarm bug properly it’s affecting way too many people and nearly costing jobs. This shouldn’t be happening in 2026. #YoureWelcome #LegendaryHustle #BarbaraDuerrer

It is an unwritten rule of life that after every prolonged period of hardship and uncertainty, there is going to be a period when you are going to achieve quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life. The only requirement is that you do not give up on yourself. #hennythingispossible #hennygang #legendaryhustle #godfirst #barbaraduerrer

I’m glad I learned about the pythagorean theorem instead of taxes in school. It’s really come in handy this pythagorean theorem season… 💅🏻 #legendaryhustle #barbaraduerrer #genz #nofilter #bottomsup

When you detach yourself from the outcome but still give 110% that is when things will magically start working out in your favor It is one of those unwritten rules of life. If you operate out of desperation (and neediness), you never get what you are after #HappyEaster #HeHasRisen #countrystrong #raw #nofilter

Almost #April 🌸💐 The #autisticexperience is being the only person in the room who noticed the contradiction and the only one who got in trouble for saying something. #Patternrecognition is a punishment when honesty isn’t valued. #neurodiverse #audhd

Older generations say “we all struggled in our 20s.” No, you didn’t. You didn’t pay $3200 for rent and $10 for eggs. You didn’t graduate into $50K student debt and $0 job security. Gen Z isn’t dramatic. They’re drowning. #legendaryhustle #genz #neverpayfullprice #nevergiveup

#Winterwonderland #rockittillthewheelsfalloff A #GenZ walked into a #salarydiscussion. Decision stage. Everything had gone well. Then HR asked, “What was your previous salary?” Gen Z paused. Then replied, “Why does that matter if you already know your budget?” The room went quiet. No attitude. No arrogance. Just a question. HR followed up, “Can you also share your payslip?” Gen Z asked back, “Is my pay based on my skills… or on what my last company could afford?” Again, silence. No entitlement. No drama. Just clarity. That’s when the real issue surfaced. When people say “Gen Z is difficult,” what they really mean is: Gen Z refuses a system where: - Underpayment follows you forever, - Past exploitation sets future ceilings, - And growth is capped by your last employer’s budget. They understand something older generations were never told: - You already tested their capability. - You already approved the role. - You already set the budget. So offer accordingly. This practice should be banned. Because it leads to discrimination, not #fairness. Gen Z isn’t asking for favors. They’re asking for: - transparent pay, - role-based compensation, - and respect for their value. They still want to work. They just refuse to let yesterday’s salary decide tomorrow’s worth. It’s not rebellion. It’s awareness. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
