BDF Gather: The Future is Analogue ✨
Some of the TC team headed into Brum last Thursday to hear from a strong line-up of creative speakers across glass, material research, illustration, collage and animation.
Great to hear such a range of approaches to making, process and experimentation in one space.
Get yourself along to the next Birmingham Gather event 👀
Big love to @designfestbrum@richwells@alicecaoillustration@christopherdayglass@sarah_earthli_projects
See you at the festival this summer ☀️
It was an absolute privilege to hear our trustee and renowned glass artist Christopher Day @christopherdayglass share the deep inspirations behind his powerful work at the Birmingham Design Festival Gather @bdf_gather
Christopher’s pieces are more than just glass art, they are vital conversations.
⚠️ Note: Some of the imagery shared in this presentation is sensitive in nature.
Want to see his mastery in person?
📍 Visit his work on display at Stourbridge Glass Museum.
🏆 Huge congratulations to Christopher for being accepted into the British Glass Biennale at the International Festival of Glass once again! Well-deserved.
