This particular video is for some of the acting awards we received. Thank you for the awesome recognition of our work.
“Cold” is a fantasy/magical realism film about Carmen @miss_sugey_cruz who wakes up in purgatory after the death of her daughter. She is tasked with a seemingly mundane task by her guide, @bdawk511 to try and find a way out.
Our acting is also nominated at the @inkandlightawards in Spain, a festival set for Madrid in early June.
Yesterday Philly, today Virginia Beach. 8:00 a.m.
I did simulation work for University of Pitt in Philadelphia PA in the morning, and drove out to Virginia Beach in the evening. It rained the entire drive there, and into the night. Yet I awoke to Paradise.

Been a bit delinquent in sharing good news across projects that are at various stages of development so here goes a bit of one:
“Cold”, written by Greg Poppa and starring Sugey Cruz, Rachel Dolan and Greg had a great weekend at @indieshortfest where the film was recognized with an Outstanding Achievement (Fantasy Film), Best Actress (Sugey Cruz), Honorable Mention (Best Special Makeup for Liz Teaman and Diego Brazzo) and Finalists for Best Acting Duo (Sugey and Greg)
Additionally films we either Associate or Co-Produced, “Mommy’s Home” from @denny.215@derrickanthonywatson and director @chrxssyjay and @storiesshortfilm from @brandonscottkeeton are officially selected and nominated for awards at @blackfilmfestla and @thenorthfilmfest
“Stories” is up for 6 awards and will be one of the opening films for the festival!

In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Week, Roaming Shadow Productions is excited to share an update from our upcoming short film project “Brunch and Hot Flashes.”
Did you know that perimenopause can begin as early as age 35? For many women it can bring symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood shifts, and hormonal changes that often go undiscussed. This short film aims to shine a light on those experiences with honesty, humor, a little bit of brunch and a whole lot of quirky.

Final post for now from bts of “Gettysburg 1863”. Production Managing can often be lonely work but I had the chance to really serve our cast and crew and still keep the producers and director happy so at the end of the day we will call it a success. It was so special to work on a project for a producer, Kris Webb, whose heart yearned to tell this story as her love letter to her very historic town (Gettysburg). The people were awesome and the time was special. Hopefully everyone appreciates how much love and hard work went into this one when it comes out!
