Under the title "Collaborative creation of 3D printing profiles for tooling with technical and sustainable materials," @intech3d and BCN3D are participating as a technological partner, providing the industrial tools and expertise necessary to connect professional education with the reality of #industry40 We hosted a delegation of 30 students and faculty members from @insmanolohugue , @inslagarrotxa , @institutebre , @inspalauausit_fp , and @institutxifra at our facilities in Lleida. The technical immersion program covered: · 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Advanced training in 𝗕𝗖𝗡𝟯𝗗 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀, focusing on custom material profiling and high-speed parameter optimization. · 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Practical sessions with the 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝟲𝟬, including precision calibrations (Z-calibration and Build Plate), hotend maintenance, and active filament management via the MOS (Material Operations System).
