Sigrid and I reunited at Akal to co-create a series of events in anticipation of our 5-days Echoes of the Moon retreat.
The day was thoughtfully crafted to slow us down and reconnect us with our intuition.
We flowed through the experience with farm-to-table food, somatic practices, and sharing circles, culminating in a full moon celebration. 🌕
