For this rendition of Double Dry Hopped Ancient Theories, we wanted to try something new to crank up this beer’s payload. Starting with BC Hop Ranch’s (@bchopranch ) beautiful Citra, we added Freestyle’s (@freestylehops ) Nelson, Riwaka, Peacharine and a new product they’ve been working on; Cold Pressed Hop Juice: Nelson. Cold Pressed Hop Juice is a liquid hop product produced by flash-freezing fresh hops from the bine and extracting the essential elements to preserve the bright, “green” flavors and aromas in fresh Nelson hops. This gave us a slightly dank bouquet of pink grapefruit, citrus, lime zest and prominent passionfruit. ONLINE SALES LIVE NOW FOR PRE-ORDER. Pre-order pick-up starts Friday at 11am! This batch of Jasper is a true testament to the art of hop selection and craft brewing. Stacked with hand-selected Citra from B&C Ranch and Coleman Agriculture, we paired it with a coveted hop from the legend himself, Kem Eggers. Eggers Special is a second-generation Riwaka developed from a carefully selected mother plant—just one out of 24,000 plants. The result is a brilliant array of tropical aromas like ripe orange, lime zest, grapefruit and a hint of juicy sweetness on the finish. Come get it on draft or in cans NOW.

Collaboration brew with @grandfirbrewing using all Oregon hops from @yakimachief . 5 different farms and 4 different varieties to make an awesome beer. Thank you grand fir. Was a great day!
