This is a section of the 4 minute sequence about Michael shooting BTTF and Family Ties at the same time. As some of you already know, our Time Machine is featured in this scene, as well as I play the “Props Guy” handing the actor portraying Michael the JVC Video Camera, which was our very own camera that the production used.
This film is incredible! The way, as you can see in this clip, that director Davis Guggenheim and his team reinterpreted footage from Michael’s career and match it with recreation sequences shot here in the Vancouver area. This documentary is unlike any doc I have ever seen before.
It is an honour to play a small part in Michael’s story as a kid born and raised in British Columbia, Canada and from Chilliwack (where Michael lived when he was very young) it means so much for me to be in this film! It may only be 5 seconds, but it is 5 seconds I will never forget! Thank you you Michael, Thank you Davis, Thank you Jovan, Thank you Terry, Thank you to the cast and crew of Still!

@moviemadness_pdx in Portland, Oregon is half Video Store and half Film Museum with some incredible artifacts on display. They have the ear from Blue Velvet, Soap from Fight Club, Blade Runner pieces, Marvin’s FX head from Pulp Fiction and so, so, so much more!

We had to replace the bottom “sidewalk” pieces on the Doc Brown Hill Valley Town Model*
*Sorry, I still have not had time to build it to scale or paint it
The new wood pieces are much stronger and wont bow and warp over time, plus we can actually screw the light posts directly into the sidewalk, giving them more strength.

Relocated all the movies from my old video shelf to the new Blockbuster Shelves in preparation for having to create all the Blockbuster rental cases to go behind each movie.
Its going to be very time consuming,but will be worth it!

There are a few clocks we are still missing and we are still deciding whether or not we are going to go full screen accurate or create some of our own narrative on the shelves below.
Since we started BC DeLorean we have wanted to have this workbench and clock wall display built into the garage.

Our screen used Mirthmobile is still on display (for a little while longer) at the @petersenmuseum in L.A. We will be parking it, in this exact spot, when it comes back home to Canada “Live in the now!”

We teased a blank white hallway a few update videos ago with our glass storefront door. We are building are very own Blockbuster Video!
The video shelves arrived last week from Pinnacle Custom Cabinets in Chilliwack and we have a custom Yellow and Blue front counter being finished up right now.

It’s got the suitcase, the helmet, and enough charm to make you forget you just traded your home-on-wheels for a moped.
