🚨 Acro Yoga is coming to Maple Ridge
I’ve teamed up with an amazing local space, @bccontortion , to bring a brand new Acro Yoga experience to the community.
We’re kicking things off with TWO workshops:
👥 Youth Acro Yoga Foundations (14–17)
🕐 1:00–2:30 PM
🧘 Intro to Acro Yoga – Foundations & Flow (Adults)
🕝 2:30–4:00 PM
No experience needed. No partner required.
Expect to move, laugh, and learn the foundations of Acro in a fun, supportive environment.
