đȘ May is Employee Health & Fitness Month â and this is your reminder to get moving!
Getting active doesnât have to mean running a marathon. A 10âminute walk, a stretch between meetings, or taking the stairs all count.
Movement boosts energy, sharpens focus, and supports longâterm healthâand it just feels good.
This May, letâs make movement part of the workday. Stand up. Stretch. Walk.
Your body (and mind) will thank you. đ

When temperatures rise, access to water saves lives. đ§
AZ Blue donated more than 38 pallets (84,672 bottles) of water to the 20 W. Jackson Respite Center to support vital heat relief efforts across Arizona. In extreme summer heat, hydration isnât just a comfort, itâs a necessity.

What a way to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month đ§ââïžâŸ
Our Yoga on the Field with Sun Devil Athletics was an incredible successâfull of movement, laughter, and a moment to slow down and reset. Spending time focused on our mental health reminded us how powerful it is to pause, breathe, and take care of ourselves.
đż May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. We all carry things others canât seeâstress, anxiety, burnout, griefâand none of them make you weak.
This month, letâs pause, check in, and show compassion for ourselves and each other. A simple âHow are you really doing?â can mean more than you know.
You matter. Your story matters. đ
