Had such an amazing time at Sonoma Raceway today! All the late nights & hours to get this car ready for the track today paid off. Got first place at @555engineering GRC time attack. PB’d and set a respectable 1:51 lap. Gave friends ride alongs. The car performed so well and super consistent. The vibes were immaculate today and it was awesome catching up with friends. For those who don’t know, the factory dust boots on these calipers are fragile and prone to melting or tearing under heavy heat — mine were already melted. The BCB Brake kit solves that issue with high-temp silicone piston boots designed to handle significantly more heat, along with upgraded heat-treated stainless pistons that are extended to properly clear the thicker high-temp boots. BMW F30 (also for F20-2,F30-2)
Would you feel your car running in normal street pads, when you press the brake pedal, there is no equivalent braking force returned to you, but ones install high friction pads, excessive braking force at low speeds makes braking difficult to control.

Brake boots melted, metal rings falling out. Bought some fresh calipers (for unrelated reasons) and put in a set of BCB vented pistons, high temp seals, and high temp dust boots purchased from @555engineering
BMW E28 brake booster, OE number 34331157416, also for E30, Z1 E30
These cars going to 40s years old, the stock booster starting leaking vacuum, even worse, BMW not supporting this booster anymore
So that turn to our challenge, find a booster from existing cars, and bolt on on BMW E28
So that is, and it's upgrade than OEM booster, it's two diaphragm, 8+9inch, and completely bolt on

Brake Booster Solution (ACR50 / GSR50 / XR50)
Toyota Previa platforms develop a brake booster issue as they age.
Internal vacuum leakage appears gradually, often after 10 years of use, leading to hard brake pedals on cold starts, inconsistent assist, and reduced braking confidence -- especially on fully loaded vehicles.
The real challenge is not only the failure itself, but the fact that the original OEM brake booster has been discontinued and is no longer available from Toyota.
BCB addressed this problem by sourcing compatible brake boosters directly from Japan through original supplier channels.
Although the external layout remains similar, the internal structure is updated and the housing diameter is increased by half an inch, allowing improved assist capability and more stable response.
For right-hand drive vehicles, installation is a direct bolt-on using the original OEM master cylinder.
For left-hand drive vehicles, BCB supplies a matched master cylinder with correct port orientation and an upgraded bore size from 7/8" to 15/16", ensuring proper hydraulic balance.
Before shipment, every brake booster is recalibrated by BCB to suit passenger load, vehicle mass, and daily driving comfort -- focusing on predictable control rather than aggressive braking.
This is not a cosmetic upgrade.
It is a practical, long-term solution for vehicles meant to continue carrying families safely and comfortably.
