Baking with Beth…the Magic Cookie Bar Cake! This one came to me in a dream. One of my fave holiday baked good is the Magic Cookie Bar recipe that was found on the Eagle Brand condensed milk label. I thought….all these flavours would make an amazing cake. I still have some fine tuning to do, but the first version turned out pretty tasty. Layers of moist chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, condensed milk, toasted coconut, toasted pecans, icing and graham crumbs. Perfect for a Sunday Roast on the long weekend. 😋😍🎂

Baking with Beth…the Boston Cream Cupcakes edition. Being one of my fav donuts this was an absolute no brainer. It was also my first time making pastry cream…which I was super nervous about, but I think it turned out pretty good. And best of all-I had the joy of sharing these with many amazing friends at a beautiful dinner hosted by @mirandamulholland & @wigdad . ❤️🍩🧁🐇

Baking with the Beth - the Hazelnut Chocolate Cake book club edition! Made this one up… featuring four chocolate layers, sandwiched with chocolate mousse and candied hazelnut crunch, and then covered with a chocolate icing. Very very decadent. 🤤🍫😋
