Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s End of Year Show! We are incredibly proud of our students and the brilliant, inspiring design work they produced this semester.
All work by first, second, and third-year students has now been deinstalled, and the show has been reconfigured into our Senior Exhibit, now on view at the McCagg Gallery and the 4th-floor hallway outside the gallery entrance in the Diana Center.
The gallery will remain open daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM up until our Senior Graduation Reception on the afternoon of May 20th. Seniors are warmly invited to bring family and friends to visit the exhibition anytime this weekend through the university commencement.
Congratulations to our graduating seniors, and we look forward to celebrating with you next week!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our End of Year Show opening last week! It was wonderful to see so many of our students, faculty, TAs, and alumni gather to celebrate our students’ excellent work and the conclusion of another academic year.
Our full show will remain on view throughout the 4th floor hallway, 404, and 400 Diana for a few more days, so please stop by if you have the chance! Students who are not graduating will begin removing their projects between May 13-14, but senior work will remain on view through the university commencement on May 20th.
We’re also excited to highlight a senior portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual depth and meticulous craftsmanship. The range of Megan Yang’s (BC ‘25) projects reflects dedication, experimentation, and growth. Congratulations, Megan! #bcaseniorportfolioshowcase #columbiaalumni #barnardalumnae

This month’s alumni feature highlights Unyime Udoh (CC’17).
Udoh is an artist whose practice centres on legibility, the void, and the construction of meaning. Working across media including print, drawing, installation, and sculpture, they explore how systems of communication, knowledge, beauty, and control are built and maintained. Based in London, their work has been presented in a range of solo and group exhibitions internationally, and they have been an artist in residence at the Driehaus Museum, Chicago Artists Coalition, and ACRE.
Look out for more alumni features, and if you're an alum, please submit your materials to be featured using the link in our bio!
