Our Westsyde pump track rehabilitation is complete.
The track is reopened and all spruced up again this season for riders in the community to enjoy.
Thanks to KMBTA trail crew member @racingreid and the incredible support from @bc_sebas and @united.rentals
KMBTA’s Rakin’ Rodeo trail day in Pineview was a massive success. This event wouldn’t have happened without the generous sponsorship from KGHM.
Raking and repairing several popular trails in the network with so many excellent hard working volunteers using tools donated by @bc_sebas & @united.rentals . We couldn’t have done so much work without caffeination from @heyneighbourcoffeeroasters to get everyone moving and @redtomatopieskamloops for a serious refuel after.
A reminder the West Side of Pineview opens May 25th /26. We are working really hard to prepare those trails for opening day and we hope everyone can respect the seasonal closure until then.
The KMBTA is helping mentor young men to give back to their community and learn trail building and maintenance skills in our high school program launched last night. These young men came out, learned about community, nature, trail maintenance and hard work with guidance from trail crew leader @mountain_george_ and trail crew coordinator @mcundari
All our trail days and initiatives are always made possible through the sponsorship of @united.rentals and @bc_sebas
A few pics from @monsterjam Vancouver. I heard lots of people say small arenas are no good and they wouldn’t go. I’d go watch this anytime in any arena. These drivers can put on a show no matter where they are. While they keep working on balancing their trucks on the front wheels I’m really going to dial in my left turns.
