Fresh BC Dungeness crab dripping in butter, live music on the waterfront, sunset drinks in the harbour, local chefs cooking right on-site, and that perfect salty ocean air summer vibe. 😍
The main event is the Authentic BC Dungeness Crab Boil, giant crab boil buckets loaded with fresh seafood and classic sides, cooked harbour-side by local chefs alongside students from Camosun College’s Culinary Arts program. It’s messy, delicious, and very much a “wear black at your own risk” kind of meal 😂🦀
✨ Fair warning: the crab boil buckets sell out EVERY year, so if you want one, definitely pre-purchase ahead of time.
What we love most about CrabFest is that it feels SOOOO West Coast. It’s not just a food festival, it’s a celebration of local fishing families, BC seafood, sustainability, and community.
