We met at dive bar in NY.
2 years later we moved to Miami.
He pivoted from djing into real estate.
I jumped on board & supported the mission.
In 2021 he asked if I’d be down to help set up a vacation rental. I said yes…duh!
Here we are now reimagining and reinvesting in our vision.
Music was my first love.
Business gave me the freedom to do it on my own terms.
New music, fresh energy.

The last 20+ years have been one hell of ride. So many friends, memories, and experiences. 🙏🏽
If I could extract one main lesson, it would be to always follow your gut and intuition, it knows best.

This one was the most difficult yet, here’s why:
Our latest short term rental was a culmination of all of the things we have been learning the past 2 years
First we had to find a good deal in one of the craziest real estate markets in a long time under a strict deadline (stressful!)
Second we had to remodel both bathrooms, the kitchen, and paint both the outside and inside while staying on budget (we didn’t!)
Third we had to learn about pools and manage a big landscaping job for the backyard (pool privileges!)
Finally it was time to furnish and decorate the place with a combo of new and found thrift pieces. (not easy!)
Oh! And to just sprinkle on a little extra craziness we bought a puppy in the middle of all this (wtf?)
