The Spotlight Challenge was created as a way for dancers of all levels to showcase their hustle style without the pressure of competition and/or judges. In this challenge, dancers sign up as a duo and gain experience performing a non-rehearsed, freestyle partnership on whichever track the DJ chooses! It takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there and dance in front of the crowd, spotlights and cameras so be sure to show your love!!

Today I did my first ever training session in basic / intro bodybuilding posing 💪. It's fun and it's also extremely difficult to feature and control the different muscle groups without affecting others.
