Twenty years ago, Yassin Mohamud came to Bristol. He says people "had been welcoming" to him and this made him want to give back. Now as Lord Mayor, he'll chair full council meetings and represent the city at civic events. It's a largely ceremonial role which rotates between the Green Party, Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats.
