How good does a spot have to be that even a buddy who lives in Japan recommends it to you and asks you to try it out for him? @bbangpdx lived up to the hype 100%. @spencermorganmedia this place hits. The fried chicken had one of the best crusts I’ve ever had. But the winner was the shrimp burger. The shrimp patty was thick, crunchy, and perfectly cooked. This was also my first experience with Korean Street Toast, and it somehow feels perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. Chang Soo the owner was also extremely nice and the place was welcoming with a ton of natural light. The kimchi tasted home made and walking out I saw the pile of Napa cabbage and knew my suspicions were correct. Already thinking about when I can go back and get Chang Soo’s recommendation of the fried chicken with the creamy onion salad topping.
