Really enjoyed the process of getting this backside savannah. The first one was my first try just trying to feel out the ledge and surprised myself by nearly doing it (too slow). Then there were a few misses and I got faster but felt like I came off early. The last one went the distance, maybe a little lava, hard to tell with the curve of the ledge. Execution felt great so I stuck with this for our section. Filmed by @rdgblade
Launch gap to wall ride. What should’ve been a straightforward clip-up turned into a battle with the chaotic Oxford Road, Reading. Definitely not the ideal spot for a static camera setup - dodging road and foot traffic, endless interruptions, an ice rink run-up, and classic underfoot crust. Add an unexpected cameo from London @zach.coombs announcing he now lives round the corner with Ben, and finally a passerby lifting my phone at the end of the reel (sound on). .first clip of 2026/last clip filmed for Crust Vol 5 (link in bio) didn’t come easy. Thanks as always to @bballog for riding out on this one 🎥🙏
And lastly my favourite clips from Sep-Dec of 2025. These are all from our recent video Crust Volume 5 now playing on YT. Filming by @chris_j_rutherford@rdgblade@roces_official
Second batch of my favourite clips of 2025. These were all from the summer (Jun-Aug) and featured in my Flavour x Ohio edit and Crust Volume 4.
All Ohio clips filmed by @meatball_rollerbalder and all UK clips by @chris_j_rutherford@rdgblade
My favourite clips from Jan-May 2025 as featured in Crust Volume 1&3. Last year was one of my most productive skate years in a while even with injuries. To close the book on 2025 I thought, I’d post my personal highlights in three parts. I selected these because the trick was rewarding, felt good, or had good flow. Not necessarily the most difficult but a few of those made the cut as well. All filmed by @chris_j_rutherford@rdgblade
These were all my personal clips leftover from filming Crust Volumes 1–5. All were filmed between January–December 2025 in the UK by @chris_j_rutherford Zak Helsing and Beth Grace.
Also playing on YT if you want big screen.
Returning to an old favourite. It’s a new ledge but built with concrete that crumbles away as you grind it. It’s so bizarre but still fun for lines.
