BARC's Pets of the Week! 🐾 This week we’re featuring two very special residents — handsome Chino and our sweet cat Nova! Chino has been such a good boy this week, enjoying his walks and really impressing everyone by listening to his commands… even when he’d much rather be off playing! He’s a smart, energetic young boy who thrives with structure, fun, and daily activity. Nova is our gorgeous affectionate girl cat who has been chosen for her incredibly loving nature. She is always so sweet and enjoys attention, gentle pats, and spending time with her people. Both beautiful souls are ready to find homes where they can be loved and cherished šŸ’›šŸ¾

459 Days Waiting… Let’s Find Dozer His Forever šŸ’” 459 days. That’s how long Dozer has been waiting at BARC for someone to choose him… and we just don’t understand how he’s still here. Dozer is an incredibly intelligent, affectionate boy who truly lives for his people. He’s the kind of dog who will melt into you for cuddles, then bounce right back up the second he hears the squeak of a toy (his absolute favourite thing in the world šŸŽ¾). He’s not just loveable — he’s smart too. Dozer already knows how to sit, go to his bed, wait patiently for food, and walk nicely on a lead. He’s currently being muzzle trained as well and is doing so well with it. He thrives on routine, learning, and having a strong bond with his humans. Dozer is looking for a dog-only home, where he can be your one and only and soak up all the love and attention he deserves. While his forever family hasn’t found him yet, BARC will continue to love and care for him. But what he really needs… is a home of his own. If you’re looking for a loyal, clever, toy-obsessed cuddle bug who will love you endlessly — Dozer is your boy. 🐾
