It's been a long time since we've run workshops so come along to learn some basic floorwork techniques to spice up your pole and aerial choreos! This workshop will be mostly focusing on the moves themselves but if there is time at end of the workshop we can link up what we've learnt into a simple choreo 💃
This workshop is FREE for those with the BUPA membership and will be at the DANCE studio, where we can fit more ppl in than usual so there are 15 spaces available 😁 This workshop is suitable for beginners - even if you haven't been to any pole or aerial classes!
Please bring knee pads and heels if you have them - doesn't have to be pole heels too as long as you can dance in them. We will not be using the pole or hoop at all so no need to wear your usual kit! Just come in anything you can easily move around in.

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE OUR 2026 SHOWCASE!! This year, our performers will be doing BOTH pole and aerial. People have been hard at work rehearsing their routines, and we have to admit, they're looking really quite spectacular...

We love running these photoshoots and are very excited for the next one coming up, this time for Easter!! We'll have some cute props, and as always our instructors will prepare some moves (but feel free to come with ideas of your own!). Tickets will be out via the SU website soon....
