“What’s Holding You Back?” Is out today!
This video features footage of a butterfly breaking free of its cocoon that I took last summer at the top of Rustlers Gulch just outside of Gothic Colorado. It was truly incredible watching this little guy. Butterflies break free from their chrysalis by secreting fluids to soften it and using their head to crack it open! This is part of the metamorphosis process and is a great representation of what this song is about. Being stuck in a condition or state that is limiting our true potential. This song asks us to reflect on our own way of being in order to become the best version of ourselves. 🦋

The album has a unique sound that we have worked hard to develop. It is anchored by the concept of empowerment. It is about taking control of what you can, and allowing the peace that comes from surrendering to what you cannot.
