Exam season/ Hyrox countdown/ Sons birthday… life is busy! So tonight now I’ve done my work, my exercise, the washing and put the kids to bed… I’m going to have a bath. I can’t recommend it enough mainly because I know the deep sleep I’m going to have, after essential oil infusion, is going to be mega!

Did you know? Pure oil doesn’t like paper… i’m not going to bore you with the science, BUT if you leave your ‘bath.’ way beyond the date that the person gifting you them intended, they may well leak from their packaging. This does not affect the usage - but possibly the aesthetics (although it’s probably in your cupboard).
…..So use your salts when you get them! *
However, to support my new venture of being on more shelves, I know make bath salt and aluminium sealed packaging. No more leaking. 🥳 😉 🛁
