Three Sheets to the Wind (no. 1 - 3), 2024-2025, Ink on paper
*done completely by hand** I started these drawings in 2024 as a way to resolve photographs and videos from my archive. So far, I’ve completed 3 out of an eventual 9 sheets that will comprise a repeating, monumental wallpaper design. Entirely hand-stippled and modular, each drawing’s edge connects to the next.
I think I’m done with the lady at the window, I think I need to move on (2025)
This photograph is the opening and closing remark to the exhibition in a lot of ways. Her gaze leads you to the picture windows, and she reappears in hand stippled drawings.
Miss September is a title diffusing onto different figures and surfaces, revising her story.

dm, text, call or carrier pigeon me to visit my solo show, Miss September at @city_state_enterprises . open by appointment, Oct 18 - Nov 22, 2025
Charged with associations to pageantry and American culture, Miss September explores how images shift and endure as they are translated across mediums and contexts. Together, the works stage a recursive system of seeing—where vantage points overlap, and meaning is constantly revised.
