Coming up to 6 months clean and my life is full of wonder, delight and even in adversity there is hope… I am performing two plays one on county lines in schools and prisons and the other with asylum seekers and refugees… spreading a message of love in a time of polarity I am forever grateful, humbled and blessed for these opportunities x

After/Before I started pulling my life together again… I am 7 weeks into treatment… its an emotional rollercoaster and a spiritual journey… I have worked hard to look at myself and my problem, which is not the substances but my own thoughts and behaviour… I cannot think my way into new behaviours; but can behave my way into new thinking… I have a sponsor now to help me through the steps and I will be relocating in Bournemouth to start fresh after treatment❤️‍🩹 I am clean and serene for 49 days and building my strength up a day at a time 😘

want to thank everyone for supporting my journey in recovery… ❤️‍🩹 opened up a lot of trauma and working to be a better person, for myself and those around me… im 26 days clean today, taking a ‘Just for Today’ approach… I have never felt better and thanks to my peers and staff in rehab, fellowships and you lovely people sending messages of hope and strength, im full of gratitude… I will have access to my phone properly in 2 weeks and will be sharing some insight into the process… 💪💋💕
