Bene, Simon und Philipp sind die Gründerväter der Sunset Sounds Konstanz. Im Frühjahr 2014 startete das Open Air im Mainauwald und entwickelte sich schnell zur Kulturstätte für elektronische Musik. In all den Jahren hat sich viel getan und mittlerweile kuratieren sie einmal im Jahr die Villa Abendrot im Stadtgarten. Ihr gemeinsames Schaffen verwirklichten sie auch in Labelarbeit und mit eigenen Releases. Der melodische und heute fast schon als downtempo anmutende Sound der 2014er hat die drei nie losgelassen und so dürft ihr euch freuen über eine Reise durch die Musik von über zehn Jahren Sunset Sounds und alles, was daraus gewachsen ist. Philipp (Flemming Bassedow) ist mittlerweile mit einem eigenen Liveset am Start und wird euch seine ganz eigene Interpretation der elektronischen Tanzmusik präsentieren. Den Rahmen des Abends bilden die drei dann noch im fliegenden Wechsel als Brüder Grimm und N.E.S. (aka Simon Auer). In the spring of 2014, the open-air festival started in the Mainau Forest and quickly developed into a cultural venue for electronic music. A lot has happened over the years, and now they curate the Villa Abendrot in the Stadtgarten once a year. They also realized their joint creative efforts in label work and with their own releases. The melodic and now almost downtempo sound of 2014 has never left the three of them, so you can look forward to a journey through more than ten years of Sunset Sounds music and everything that has grown out of it. Philipp (Flemming Bassedow) now has his own live set and will present his very own interpretation of electronic dance music. The three will then take turns as Brüder Grimm and N.E.S. About 4 years ago, I met @justusrokah and his impressive talent. Many things grew in our friendship from a musical and a personal perspective. Jussi made a song back then, influenced by his hometown gang at the University of Aachen. And this is how I met ‚Disco Fizz‘ the first time. The song somehow disappeared on his hard drive back then, and we started to rework it in October 2024 for his birthday party in Leipzig. Long story short, Disco Fizz is out now on vinyl and all digital platforms. Jussi and I became Detroit House Lovers and now team up as @tennisisgoodb2b for label work and DJ adventures. Geboren und aufgewachsen in einem Dörfl in GER, einem idyllischen Kleinod in Süddeutschland, ist @bassedow nicht nur als Teil des legendären Feta Allstar Duos “Titus & Flemming” sondern auch als Solokünstler mit Base in Jena der bayerischen Provinz schon lange entwachsen. Von der Beschaulichkeit des Alpenvorlands schallen seine analogen Synthesizer Melodien mittlerweile bis in die Clubs großer Weltmetropolen wie Tel Aviv und Kapstadt. 🌞 Bereits in jungen Jahren begann er Beats zu bauen, die von Elementen der Natur beinflusst sind und um deren melancholischen Kern aus Oszillator-Rhytmen sich spicy Synthesizer Sounds ranken. Nicht umsonst ist er inzwischen auf Labels wie @einmusikarecordings , @monaberry.de und @3000grad vetreten. 🔥 Als wäre das nicht Argument genug, dass Bassedow ein echter Hochgenuss für alle musikalischen Feinschmecker*innen ist, ist er auch noch ein reiner Live Act und serviert seinen Sound quasi direkt aus dem Kochtopf auf den Dancefloor. 👨🏻‍🍳 Wir freuen uns ein Loch in den Käse, dass unser alter Freund, mit dem wir erst letzten Monat gemeinsam mit seinem Partner in Crime @titusmartinu die Halle des @bahnw ärterthiel beim Feta Records Showcase angezündet haben, extra für das Feta Morgana die weite Reise aus dem fernen Jena antritt, um euch mit seinen unverwechselbar eigenen musikalischen Stil zu veredeln. 🌿❤️
