This is my baby Mahy and I remember exactly how i felt the day this photo was taken. Ill never forget that feeling. Today little Mahy is 13!
On this day she never asked me for an i-phone or makeup or to go to discos or to explain fractions or stole my remote for the telly or asked me to go away and collect her later... however, I still feel the exact same emotion today as i did that day and i cant really imagine any day in the future where ill ever feel any other way.

But...I just have to thank the 1000+ volunteers, trades people and numerous companies who came to westbury and helped out the purcell family, rebuilding their new home and opening up a new chapter for 4 year old Carter. It was a really tough nine days, bad weather, cold days but the warmest people.
The worlds a nightmare right now and its so feckn easy to just say no. No i cant help!, No i'm too busy! No i can't donate to that! Saying Yes is much harder...but feels so much better.
