We were lucky enough to be one of the first few people to experience this newly designed plane that flies directly from Chicago to London. We almost didn’t want to get off the plane! We decided to take our ditch date to Carlsbad, Ca and it was the perfect place to reset, connect and spend some much needed quality time together before another busy work week.
🌸 We spent our morning frolicking in the fresh blooms and playing with butterflies at @the_flower_fields . I recommend visiting on a weekday like we did, since weekends get crowded. You only have until May 10th to visit the Flower Fields so plan your visit asap or add Carlsbad to your summer travel list ☀️
🍽️ For a romantic and delicious dinner we loved the spicy tuna and crispy rice at @thehenryrestaurant . Another favorite is @nicksonstate for their Chilean sea bass and deserts
✨ For the ultimate reset, book a stay at the beautiful @omnilacosta and get couple massages or just relax by the pool.
