Just had the experience of a lifetime in beautiful Peru. The journey started in vibrant Lima, then took us deep into Iquitos, and finally into the heart of the Amazon jungle for some truly transformative self work. It was a humbling, joyful, and deeply healing experience—one that I’ll carry with me forever.
What made it even more unforgettable was sharing it all with the love of my life, Jennifer Glidden. There’s something magical about doing deep inner work in such a sacred place and coming out of it feeling more connected than ever. The food, the people, the energy of the land—everything was amazing.
