❄️ Ba Sa Winter Hours Update ❄️ As we move into winter, we’re shifting to a condensed schedule so we can take care of our team and focus on delivering the best possible experience for you. Slower island winters give us the chance to recharge, refine, and cook with intention - the way we believe good food should be made. New Winter Hours: 🗓️ Wednesday–Sunday ⏰ 11am–9pm ✨ Mondays scheduled will return soon, and we can’t wait to welcome you back then. ✨Ba Sa 4-Year Anniversary✨ With the busy holiday weekend past us, we want to take a moment to reflect that yesterday was our 4 Year Anniversary! 💕 What a ride it has been for the last 4 years. When we said we wanted to open Ba Sa in Bainbridge, we wanted a menu and concept that allowed us to cook with our love and passion for just good food and just having fun. Little did we know what was in store for us. 7 months after our opening, the pandemic hits. Not just us but the whole world. Trinh remembers telling Thai, this will be our biggest test to see if we really meant to do this. But here we are - four years later. We are officially 4 🎂!! We wouldn’t have made it here without our family, our community, our team and the best part, you! We are incredibly proud of our team and thankful to them for sticking with us. They believed in our dreams just as much as it was theirs. We’re incredibly grateful to our guests who became a part of our extended families who supported us throughout our journey. We appreciate our amazing vendors who became our essential partners in navigating through challenging times. They all helped us navigate from meat shortages to eggs and limes…and now sriracha and more. As we continue to grow our roots, build our team and live out our dreams, we want to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ✨ We couldn’t have ask for a better spot to be than to be a part of this community and this island. So cheers to more good food, great companies and more memories! 💕❤️✨

A hidden Vietnamese gem just a ferry ride from Seattle ✨ Ba Sa is located on Bainbridge Island and they have Bún Chả Hà Nội! a dish that’s honestly so rare to find in Seattle (if at all 😭). I was SO excited to finally find it this close to home. And the best part? You don’t even need a car. Just hop on the ferry, walk off, and it’s right there. Definitely worth the trip.
