A really beautiful treat! 38 month prosciutto we made from @lintonpasturepork (who are so admired for their beautiful heritage breed pigs). The fat on this is incredible and you can really taste that charc room. It’s not a huge portion. It’s $32 (which is well underpriced for how special it is)! Get it while you can, we’ll find you something nice to drink with it.

New Special: (and a great opportunity to introduce our new chef @riverclarkehowes who has absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one!) Shrimp Stuffed Agnolotti in a Sugar Cane Butter Sauce, Fried Shallots/Micro Cilantro River’s Inspo: “This is an Italian-ified Vietnamese Sugarcane Shrimp (Chạo Tôm). When my family would go out for dinner it was often Vietnamese. Though the typical order was Búns all around, on special occasions spring rolls and Sugarcane Shrimp were ordered too. I always think of Sugar Cane Shrimp as a fun time”. We are so happy to see River THRIVING! And you really must come and eat this it won’t be around for long!
